Description: This evil organization is the responsible for 98% of all NetCrimes in Japan and all over the world. Headed by a former Robotics Scientist and associate of Tadashi Hikari, Dr. Wily his goal is to get revenge on and delete society and become the new world leader. The World 3 has attacked everything from Bank Servers to Elementary School Servers in order to spread terror. Dr. Wily always is looking to manipulate people into joining the organization. Dr. Wily has an Ultimate Weapon called the Life Virus that is wishes to summon to bring an end to the free world. There is one problem, his former associates grandson is looking to thwart his plans and save the world. He also has 4 powerful allies backing him up. Can Wily get rid himself of these nuisances before his chance at world domination is thwarted.
