Description: Not much is known about ClockMan. He is a mysterious NetNavi from MegaMan SF and HarpNote's time (22XX). He has a thing for wanting to go back and maybe change history and has sent MegaMan SF and HarpNote with him to do that. He was created by accident when Arthur C. Eos of the Satella Police installed a program called ClockPGM into the secret satellite server welcome wizard, Clark, who ended up not being able to control the program and thus transformed.
