to answer my own question, Bass would lose soundly to Rogue by way of the Mu barrier stopping Bass' Hellz Rolling and then with just three slashes of Rogue's sword, Bass would be deleted. Then Rogue would lose soundly to Serenade because well, Serenade is Serenade.

ZZ then serenade would lose but
if it was serenade ultimate form
rouge would lose so bass is out
of it all
